Beautiful Turquoise Waterfall In Moc Chau

If you are passionate about the majestic but poetic scenery, love the waterfalls as silk strip on the side of the mountain or the attractive green lake, surely you will be surprised by Chieng Khoa waterfall – a new attraction that has just been discovered in Moc Chau.
Where is Chieng Khoa waterfall?
Chieng Khoa Waterfall (also known as the May Waterfall), located in Chieng Khoa – Van Ho – Son La. It is located in the old Moc Chau district, about 20 km east of the centre of Moc Chau district on the National Highway 43 towards the Van Yen ferry.
Chieng Khoa waterfall is about 12km from Moc Chau. On the way, when coming to the sign “Ben Pha 36km, To Mua 14km” you can turn to To Mua Road about 4km to reach the fall.
The beaty of waterfall
This waterfall is also known as May Fall by association with the legend of flower festival Xen Ban Xen Muong, which you can participate in when coming with Mai Chau Tour. Chieng Khoa Waterfall is the place where the worshipers offer incense to the god of the village and commemorate the deities who build and save Muong village, where Thai people live.
Although it is a small waterfall, Chieng Khoa waterfall has majestic beauty, water fiercely flows from high rocks to the lake, create white foam, from the long distance, you can still hear the echoes of the mountains. Capturing the beautiful moments of this space, you will surely be overwhelmed, fascinated by the scene here.
Going a long way, but when seeing the scene of this waterfall, every weariness and sorrow is gone. You will have feelings of peace when watching the flow of water flowing from the top of the mountain. The air around the waterfall is extremely fresh because of the water vapor and green vegetation around the waterfall.
The water flows down to form a lake in the cool blue water, jade blue water extremely charming. Looking down at the foot of the falls, you will see the terraced fields as the attractive green salad cucumber slices, creating a unique landscape.
Temporarily avoid the heat, the sultry city, the chaos of life to soak in the cool water of the lake, breathe the fresh air of the mountainous region or stand under the falls. The water is rushing to massage your body, you will feel extremely refreshed, excited spirit after a long trip.
The weather here is great. Although it is hot summer, the weather here is always cool. The land of Chieng Khoa is poor, but the people in their village are very hospitable, honest and kind.
The people there live mainly in farming, a typical plant that people can see right here it is corn. The hills of maize are in succession. The four sides are covered in green of corn, of forests, next to the waterfalls. Surrounding the villages are murmuring streams, streams are cool and clear.
